As the Operations Manager at Envirolab Services Sydney laboratory, Greta manages the day-to-day operations and overcoming production challenges to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery of quality results. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, she keeps the laboratory at the forefront of its field.
Greta's journey with Envirolab began as a casual employee, while pursuing her science degree. After completing her studies in 2014, her passion for the work and unwavering dedication quickly propelled her into the role of a lab technician, where she quickly excelled and set herself apart. After briefly exploring other adventures, Greta returned to Envirolab in 2019, where her exceptional performance and leadership qualities led to a well-deserved promotion to her current position.
Being a problem solver at heart, Greta takes great pride in her ability to navigate complex situations and thrives in a motivated, technical, and client-focused team environment. Through effective communication with staff members, she ensures that resources are allocated where they are most needed, facilitating the seamless functioning of the laboratory's operations.
Outside of work, Greta enjoys the great outdoors, whether it's swimming, kayaking, walking or camping. A music enthusiast, Greta’s streaming of her favourite tunes boosts staff morale on busy Friday afternoons.
