As one of our longest serving team members, Nancy has been there from the start and throughout the continued growth of Envirolab Services. Now part of our leadership team in Sydney, Nancy is signatory for organic and inorganic tests.
In her current position as Laboratory Manager of Envirolab Services Sydney, a subsidiary of Envirolab Group, Nancy leads the Sydney laboratory by ensuring that the staff have the resources to do their jobs effectively, that their work is conducted in a safe manner and that testing and reporting of results are always carried out in accordance with the specifications and in compliance with appropriate test methods, including NATA Accreditation.
Previous to her current position, she held roles of Organics Supervisor, Operations, Organics Team Leader, Chemist and Laboratory Technician.
Nancy has been appointed as an Analyst under NSW DECC legislation and is a Member of Australia Engineer Association.
A native Mandarin speaker, Nancy holds a Master of Engineering and Environmental Science from the University of Wollongong. She has also attended certification and training programs on process improvement.
When not at work, Nancy and her husband enjoy spending time with family. We love her dumplings too!
