With over 20 years of laboratory experience, Pamela Adams began her journey at Envirolab as the Organics Supervisor in our Perth laboratory, MPL.
From there, she progressed to the role of Assistant Operations Manager, which paved the way for her relocation to Melbourne as the Laboratory Manager in 2016. During her 8-year tenure as Laboratory Manager, Pamela served as a facility signatory for Organics, Metals, and Inorganics, overseeing all aspects of the laboratory. Her notable achievements include expanding the NATA scope, doubling the team size, and successfully relocating the laboratory to a new, purpose-built facility. Recently, Pamela has taken on the role of Quality Manager, leveraging her keen attention to detail and passion for improvement.
Pamela enjoys staying active and takes pride in having organized and participated in work teams for the Spartan Race, the Push-Up Challenge, and One Foot Forward.
